I help women + couples who…

  • Are driven and capable, but feel completely lost when it comes to love, and don’t know why they keep repeating the same relationship patterns.

  • Have been through betrayal or broken trust and are trying to figure out how to heal.

  • Are newly engaged or recently married and asking themselves, “Is this what the rest of our lives are going to be like?”

  • Feel like they’ve lost the spark in their long-term relationships and are wondering if it’s even possible to get it back.

  • Are used to being the “strong one,” but secretly feel unseen, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and aren’t sure how to be honest about it.

My meaning in life is to help you find yours.

Because growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone.

I believe in…

Being direct with compassion.

Of course I’ll validate your feelings and experiences—but I’ll also be honest with you, to help you find the kind of clarity that helps you actually move forward.

The power of taking ownership without shame.

You don’t need to beat yourself up to grow. You just need to be willing to take responsibility for your role in relationships in a way that empowers change.

Getting to the root.

We’re not looking for band-aid solutions, so we can’t just talk about the surface-level issues. Instead, we’ll dig deeper to understand what’s really driving the patterns that keep showing up.

Creating a safe environment for honesty.

Healing starts with honesty. This is a space where you can say the hard things out loud, even the ones you’ve never admitted to anyone before.

Slowing down to break the cycle.

When we’re able to pause and reflect, we can more fully understand why we’re stuck in repeating patterns. Then, we can start choosing differently.

Taking consistent action toward change.

Talking is powerful, but it’s putting what you learn into practice between sessions that rewires the way you show up for yourself and your relationships.

I’m here to show you that there is hope—even when you can’t see it yet.

When I named my practice Rekindling Hope, I wasn’t trying to offer false promises or pretend this work is easy. Instead, the name reflects how I see my role as a therapist: to help you realize that even when things feel impossible or irreparable, there’s always a way forward. Having hope doesn’t mean ignoring the hard parts—it’s what allows us to face them and start creating real change.

My Background

    • Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy

    • Licensed Professional Counselor

    • EFT Certification In Progress

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy is based on the idea that our emotions drive the way we connect with others. It helps you slow down and notice the patterns that keep showing up in relationships, what triggers you, how you react, and what’s really happening underneath those reactions. By understanding these deeper emotions, you can start to respond differently and build the loving, secure connections you really want.
